What's burning?

What is burning? (chemical formula and image)
    Fatty acids that make up the candle wax very similar to soap
    
Chemical equation
    C25H52 + O2 --> CO2 + H2O

Balanced chemical equation
    C25H52 + 38O2 --> 25CO2 + 26H2O

Butane combustion:
  Unbalanced-
    C4H10 + O2 --> H2O + 4CO2
  Balanced-
    2C4H10 + 13O2 --> 10H2O + 8CO2
